Service

Elevation Sports Analytics (ESA) provides sports analytics, information, model-based selections, community access, and related educational content for entertainment and informational purposes. Nothing ESA provides is financial advice, a guarantee of a winning wager, or a guarantee of profit.

Eligibility and Lawful Use

The service is for adults who meet the legal betting age in their jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether sports betting and use of this service are lawful where you live. You may not share, resell, scrape, redistribute, or publish members-only content or access credentials.

Sports-Betting Risk

Sports betting involves the risk of financial loss. Bet only what you can afford to lose, set limits, and never chase losses. Past performance does not guarantee future results. A scheduled model scan may produce no play, and no minimum number of selections is guaranteed.

Customer-Facing Models

The current MLB products use ESA's MLB Champion production model for published graded MLB performance. NFL Game Markets products are live customer-facing offers for moneyline, spread, and totals access when qualified, with performance reporting limited to reconciled customer-facing NFL results as they become available. Challenger, Shadow, F5, player-prop, NFL research or shadow records, backtests, and other research results are not part of the customer-facing performance record unless ESA explicitly authorizes and identifies a production offering.

Subscription, Renewal, and Cancellation

MLB VIP Elevated Picks is currently offered at $29 per month with no free trial. NFL Game Markets paid tiers are currently offered at the prices displayed at Whop checkout, including VIP Elevated at $39 per month and Elite Summit at $109 per month. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the price and frequency displayed at checkout until canceled. Members may cancel through their Whop account before the next renewal to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not reverse a charge already completed. Access timing after cancellation, expiration, refund, or failed payment follows the billing terms and access controls shown through Whop.

Refunds

Digital access is delivered immediately. Purchases and subscription charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or approved by ESA for a documented duplicate charge, billing error, or failure to receive purchased access. Contact support@elevationsportsanalytics.com promptly regarding a billing or access problem. Do not send complete payment-card details.

Discord and Third-Party Services

Discord access requires connecting the correct Discord account through Whop. Whop, Discord, payment providers, and other third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. ESA is not responsible for outages or actions controlled solely by those services.

Support

Support is available at support@elevationsportsanalytics.com and through applicable Whop support tools. ESA's initial service target is to respond within two business days, but this is not a guaranteed resolution time.
