Elevation Sports Analytics collects and uses only the information reasonably needed to operate memberships, deliver Discord access, provide support, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate funnel and product performance.

Payment Information

Whop and its payment providers process checkout and payment information under their own privacy policies. ESA does not state or represent that it stores complete payment-card details.

Information Available to ESA

Information may include identifying and contact details provided through Whop, membership and subscription status, linked Discord-account information, support communications, access activity, referral or tracking-link source, and aggregate usage or conversion data.

How Information Is Used

• Provide and administer membership access.
• Connect the correct Discord role and channels.
• Communicate service, billing, support, and policy information.
• Detect abuse, account sharing, or unauthorized redistribution.
• Understand aggregate traffic, conversion, retention, and product performance.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and Service Providers

ESA does not sell member personal information. Information may be processed by Whop, Discord, payment providers, analytics providers, or other service providers as needed to operate the service and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and Requests

ESA retains information only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, support, compliance, dispute handling, and legitimate business records. Privacy questions or requests should be submitted to privacy@elevationsportsanalytics.com.
